Julie Pigtails and her brother, Buddy, are the best of friends. They're twins but Buddy likes to claim he's the "big brother" as he was born 2 minutes before Julie Pigtails. Julie Pigtails doesn't mind as she kind of likes having a "big brother!" Especially when the boys at school try to pull her pigtails. And, try they do!

Just because "Julie Pigtails" likes her brother to defend her doesn't mean that Julie Pigtails needs a "big brother" to defend her. No way! Julie is more than able to handle herself against all the boys who try to pull her pigtails. She has a mean right hook and isn't afraid to use it. Her light blond hair is tied in pigtails on the top of her head and she is holding her favorite quilt.
