Order Information

Ordering from Linda Walsh Originals Dolls - Handmade Dolls & Crafts website is fast and easy.  You can use the PayPal shopping cart, use the printable order form, order by Email or use a combination of all three. 

Please note that all of the handmade dolls & crafts sold on our Linda Walsh Originals Dolls website are intended as home decorations for use by grown-up girls only. They are not children's products and not intended for use of any kind by children 12 and under.

Also, additional shipping & handling charges will be added for all international orders and orders outside the continental U.S.  Please see the "International Orders" paragraph below for more information. 

Shopping Cart:  If you want to buy a doll or craft item just add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy" button on the summary pages or the “ADD  TO Basket” button next to each item on the individual doll or craft item description page.  Items will be added to the shopping cart which is always visible in the upper left hand corner of each page.  Your items will remain in your shopping cart until you decide to check-out.  Then just click on "VIEW BASKET" in the upper left hand corner and follow the instructions for checking out.

Payment Policy:  Linda Walsh Originals Dolls accepts all major credit cards and E-checks through PayPal, which is our preferred method of payment.  PayPal is a safe and secure method of online payment.  Please be advised that you do not need to be registered with PayPal to make a purchase.  When paying for your purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a FREE PayPal account or to just make a straight forward payment using your major credit card. 

Credit Card Payment:    We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.  Credit card processing is handled via PayPal’s secure servers with or without a PayPal account. When you’ve finished shopping you can click on the “SECURE CHECKOUT” button on your shopping cart to follow the simple directions for using the secure PayPal Service.    You will receive an Email confirmation from us that your order has been received and when it will be shipped.  

Mail Orders:    All orders are payable in US dollars.  We accept mail orders by check or money order from US customers ONLY in US funds drawn on US Banks.  Canadian and other International customers must pay by credit card using PayPal.   All checks must clear before any of the products are sent (please allow 10 business days for checks to clear). 

Please make your check payable to Linda Walsh, attach your check or money order (in U.S. Dollars ONLY drawn on US banks) to your “Printable Order Form and then  mail your payment to:

Order By EMAIL:    You can Email your order directly to us at LindaWalshDolls@aol.com and pay for it via PayPal Email Payments.  We’ll confirm your order total including all applicable charges and send you a bill via PayPal Email.  Your PayPal Email will contain instructions for you to follow to pay for your order via PayPal’s secure Email service  Once PayPal notifies us that your payment has been received we will email you as to when your order will be shipped.  

Doll & Craft Item Prices:  All doll & craft item prices are payable in U.S. Dollars.  Prices shown do not include shipping & handling, insurance charges, or other applicable international shipment fees.    Shipping & handling is additional and will be added at check-out to all customers within the Continental US.  Our shopping cart is not set up to handle international shipping. 

International Orders:   Additional Shipping & Handling, insurance, and any other applicable international shipment fees will be added to all Canadian, International orders, or orders outside the Continental US.   All Canadian, International orders, and orders outside the Continental US MUST be paid by credit card through PayPal. 

If you are a Canadian, International customer, or customer outside the Continental US please Email us for the additional charges.   We will send you a bill via PayPal Email.  Your PayPal Email will contain instructions for you to follow to pay for your items via PayPal’s secure Email service.  Once PayPal notifies us that your payment has been received we will email you as to when your order will be shipped.  

We will ship USPS or UPS outside the United States, but you must Email us to get a total with the additional charges first.

Shipping & Handling:   All orders are shipped within 3 days of payment being received via PayPal, or when your check has cleared the bank via Mail Order. We ship through the U.S. Postal Service USPS or UPS within the Continental US, so please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive (sometimes longer during the busy holiday seasons). 

Our Shipping & Handling charges per address within the Continental US are $9.95.

For customers outside the Continental US  -  Additional Shipping & Handling, insurance, and any other applicable international shipment fees will be added to all Canadian, International orders, or orders outside the Continental US.   Please do not use the shopping cart if you are ordering from outside the Continental United States as our shopping cart is not set up to handle these orders.   Please Email us for the additional charges and we will advise you of the total cost.  You can then decide if you would still like to purchase the item.  We will ship USPS or UPS outside the Continental United States.

If you need an item really, really fast please Email us and let us know.  Other shipping methods can be arranged at a higher rates for orders shipped within the Continental US.  Shipping outside the Continental US will be via the U.S. Postal Service USPS or UPS.  Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery for orders shipped outside the Continental US. 

Returns:  Please select your purchases carefully. For most items we have only made one of them.   We make every effort to provide quality handmade items and encourage our customers to Email us with questions before making a purchase.   We carefully handpack all our orders.  If there is a problem with your order, please Email me immediately.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 10 days after receiving your order to return your purchase.  It must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.  Original shipping & handling charges are refundable, but the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the returned items.  You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item plus the original shipping & handling cost.  Custom orders are not refundable.    

Return Check Fee:  $35.00 return check fee.

Privacy:  All information submitted to this site or Emailed to us or mail ordered to us is held in strict confidence and will not be sold, traded, rented or distributed in any manner.  Information submitted to Linda Walsh Originals Dolls is used for internal purposes only (i.e.: payments, mailing address, notifications, etc.).  We will never share your personal information, credit card information, or Email address with anyone.
